These Terms & Conditions also cover our emails, newsletters, Instagram, Facebook and any other associated promotional activity. These terms and conditions only refer to Greenwood Gifted owned services. Our privacy policy can be found here. Visitors to this site are required to read this policy and by browsing on our website you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy in its entirety. If you do not agree to its entirety you should not use this website.

Orders

When you place an order with Greenwood Gifted it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You can therefore only place and order if you are eligible to enter a contract and aged 18 or above. To ensure that your order arrives as you expect we ask that you confirm your delivery address and any personalisation and image uploads at the checkout. If you are unhappy with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you can contact me before placing an order by emailing info@greenwoodgifted.com.

When you place an order we require your name, email address, postal address (billing and delivery), credit/debit card or Paypal details. This information is required in order to process your request or inform you of acceptance of your order. We will share only the necessary information with third party couriers so that they can deliver your order.

After placing an order online, we will email you to confirm that your order has been received and accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched to you.

Please note, that we will not be able to meet any obligations as a result of the following reasons:

• If the product you ordered is out of stock.

• We are unable to authorise your payment.

• If it is identified that there is a product description or pricing error.

• If our delivery companies are temporarily unable to deliver due to exceptional conditions that are beyond our control including hazardous weather and accidents.

Should there be an issue with your order, we will contact you by email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within fourteen days of receiving the parcel.

Greenwood Gifted reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note, that whilst we will make every effort and reasonable care to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Greenwood Gifted website.

The products listed on this website are original designs owned by Greenwood Gifted. They are not to be copied. You may not purchase these items for resale unless you have agreed this beforehand with us and received written permission for this purpose.

Squarespace

This website is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase then Squarespace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted though the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After this is complete your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI security standards council which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handing of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Website Product Pricing & Descriptions

We undertake all reasonable care to ensure that all the details, prices and descriptions of products on our website are accurate at the time when they are either entered into our system or printed. Whilst we endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date and accurate as is possible, there may be very rare occasions when the information on the website (including product descriptions) at a certain time may not reflect the position exactly at the point an order is placed. We do not give any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Please note, that we are unable to confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in line with our order acceptance conditions. Please also note that as computer monitors/screens vary in nature and resolution, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's representation of any colour will be completely accurate.

Contract Cancellation

If you are not happy with products you have chosen and received, you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish. This can be done under the Distance Selling Regulations, provided you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day in which you receive the products. This excludes made to order, bespoke and personalised items. Please note, however we pride ourselves on our commitment to the highest levels of customer service and will consider every situation on a case by case basis, subject to the situation, after this period.

Returns Policy & Making Returns

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us by email at info@greenwoodgifted.com (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) so that we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund for you as appropriate.

Returning Items

If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us (excluding personalised items and earrings), under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let me know within 14 days of receiving your parcel and post it back to me within 30 days of you receiving it. This can be done by contacting me by email at info@greenwoodgifted.com (9am-5pm Mon-Fri). You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if it has already been dispatched to you. Once we receive the whole order back, we will issue a full refund provided it is received undamaged and in good condition. Please note, this does not apply to personalised items and bespoke custom orders which cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Earrings are also non returnable due to reasons of hygiene and safety.

Competition and Giveaways

• No purchase necessary to enter our competitions/Giveaways.

• Competitions are open to entrants Worldwide over the age of 16

• We accept no responsibility for any entries that arrive after the relevant closing date for any reason.

• To enter competitions/Giveaway, please follow the instructions on the individual competition itself

• Winners will be chosen at random from all entrants

• Our decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into

• Prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

• Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

• Terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• By entering a competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions

Sales/Extra Discount

• Occasionally we offer promotional codes or vouchers codes for use on the Greenwood Gifted website

• Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.

• The discount associated with a promotional code will be clearly advertised during promotional period

• Each promotional code will have a limited time period in which to be used and/or a maximum number of orders per code. The code will be invalid once these limits have been reached. Specific terms and conditions for each promotional code setting out any such limits can either be found in the communication you received with the code itself or on the specific promotional code terms and conditions section of this page.

• Discounts cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers

• Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• Discounts cannot be redeemed against items that have already been purchased.

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Greenwood Gifted reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a promotion at any time.

Circumstances beyond the control of either party

In the event of any failure by a party because of something beyond it’s reasonable control:

• The party will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable and

• The party’s obligations may be suspended as far as is reasonable provided that the party acts reasonably. The party will not be liable for any failure which it could not reasonably avoid. This will not affect the Customer’s above rights.

Greenwood Gifted does not look to exclude liability for any misrepresentation that is fraudulent or for personal injury or death caused by negligence.

To the utmost extent allowed by law, and save as provided above, Greenwood Gifted shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied condition, guarantee, or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence for any indirect special or resultant loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), expenses, costs, or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of the Greenwood Gifted website.

Whilst we try and do everything reasonable to keep the information on this website up-to-date and correct, Greenwood Gifted does not give any warranty to its completeness or correctness and cannot be held responsible for any omissions, errors or for any resulting implications from the use of this information.

Greenwood Gifted make all reasonable efforts to ensure a reliable and fast service but we do not guarantee that you that your use of this website will be free from interruption or errors and cannot be held responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto computer systems.

Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.
